Here is a story of a journey to create an on-demand video training course, to meet growing interest in flexible learning and coaching solutions.

Background

We have worked with leaders & high achievers in global corporations as well as SME’s for more than 25 years. Leading operational teams, supporting system and process change programmes, including system training design and delivery. Unaware at the time that a Quality Management System (QMS) approach was being adopted in order to succeed & deliver stretching targets in high-pressured, fast changing environments. Only possible with highly engaged, talented teams. We needed to be clear on our roles, responsibilities & expectations, with effective ways of working that reduced risk. Critical for meeting our customer needs.

When introduced to the QMS principles, there was an instant realisation that a QMS approach had been adopted all along and that these principles appeared to be the core foundations for operational success. Tried and tested, unknowingly! A topic of business interest that is ideally suited for an online course. A comprehensive QMS implementation programme.
