We have noticed a natural inclination to illustrating new concepts and creating frameworks and templates to help grasp new information or to formulate new ideas. Primarily for ourselves, so that it is clear, practical and we am likely to apply the learning and take action, but then also for the benefit of sharing with others. 

Initially, aiming to distil information into a simple and easily digestible manner, so that it can be quickly and easily applied. Whether it is for the benefit of developing and delivering training programmes, business coaching, or personally, for our own development. 

Recently, we have come to fully appreciate the value of this approach. It is down to the fact that our mind processes information in pictures. So, if we can learn, communicate and teach as an image, we are more likely to establish a stronger connection with the content, remember it and have it influence what we do.

At Tallentire Consultancy, a prime example is the ISO 9001 QMS implementation journey. It is designed to set the scene, manage any risk of overwhelm, also motivate and keep people on track throughout the programme.
