ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Integrated Management System Support
Last week was a full week of ISO 9001 (Quality) and 14001 (Environmental) Management System support. Starting with a successful Certification Audit for a large manufacturer in Wales, following the introduction of a new ISO 9001 & 14001 Integrated Management System. Then, ending the week with an annual ISO 9001 & 14001 Management Review meeting, for a crucial service provider in Yorkshire. Both organisations demonstrating their commitment to delivering high-quality products and services and to protecting the environment.
Certification Audit – specifically the Stage 2 Audit (after a successful Stage 1 Audit), performed by UKAS Certification Body auditors to assess the conformity of new management systems to the relevant ISO standards, enabling the certification decision to be made.
Management Review - forming part of the management system monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation process. Held at least once a year in the form of a meeting to ensure continued suitability and effectiveness of the system. A great mechanism to reconvene as a management team, review and continuously improve.
Worthwhile activities to celebrate success and drive businesses forward. They may be perceived as daunting prospects, however, can be delivered in a manner that creates an engaging and positive experience.
Well done teams for your continuous improvements and positive outcomes.
